Canata and Seggie Chartered Architects are fully committed to computerised design and our networked workstations operate the latest releases of Autodesk’s Architecture CAD and visualisiation software which allows projects be designed and developed in 3D. In addition to this it enables us to produce clear and accurate computer aided designs, working drawings and details.
We also provide both manual and computerised 3D visualisation services. Our 3D visualisation software allows us the facility to generate walk-throughs and photo-realistic images of your building at an early design stage, which through your direct involvement provides the opportunity for your design to be developed and adapted to meet your expectations.
Where appropriate, our technical specifications are prepared using the RIBA Enterprises / NBS Building interactive specification writing software which is specially designed to improve the process of creating clear, accurate and up to date project documentation, preliminaries and specifications for projects carried out by the practice.
We use Microsoft Windows XP Professional as our operating system, Microsoft Office for our administrative functions and Quickbooks 2003 Pro for our bookkeeping. All our workstations have a dedicated ADSL Broadband internet connection and we can conduct all of our day to day business through email, if this is your preferred method of communication.
