The practice was formed by Vic Canata and John Seggie who both studied at Glasgow University's Mackintosh School of Architecture where they attained Diplomas in Architecture. They are both members of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) and the Association for Project Safety (APS) and are committed to upholding the standard of professional conduct, self discipline and continuing professional development promoted by these professional bodies.
Vic and John are dedicated to the continuing steady growth and development of the practice. They apply their extensive experience, skills and creative talents enthusiastically to every project they undertake and take great pride in the efficient and personal service they provide to each client. Vic and John derive enormous satisfaction in the fact that they remain friends with many of their clients after the completion of their projects.

Commissions and appointments are negotiated through a Director Architect who acts as team leader throughout the project duration and is the first line of contact for the client. The Director Architect will select a project team to fully resource the job's specific requirements through each work stage. The selected team will then normally see the job through to completion.
